5. Limitation of Liability

GoSolar acts solely as an intermediary platform. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or any transactions between users and installers. Calculator results and cost estimates are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
